Send claim emails from your own domain

Brand Kit now supports verifying your own email or domain so claim emails send from your address instead of navidiumapp.com.

What's new

Merchants can verify a whole domain (or a single address) from Claims → Brand Kit by adding 3 DKIM CNAME records and a recommended DMARC TXT record at their domain provider. Once verification completes, a From name and From address can be set, and a toggle turns on sending claim emails from that address.

Why this matters

Claim emails that arrive from a merchant’s own domain feel more trustworthy to customers and are less likely to be flagged as spam. If the verified address ever becomes unavailable, sending automatically falls back to the default navidiumapp.com sender so customers never miss an email.

Fraud order prevention

We noticed some shoppers attempting to check out with only the Shipping Protection product in their cart. This pattern is commonly linked to automated card-testing and other fraudulent activity.

What's new

Customers can no longer complete checkout if their cart contains only Shipping Protection. This helps block suspicious or bot-driven activity that may be testing stolen cards with low-value orders.

Why this matters

Even low-value fraudulent orders can lead to chargebacks, payment disputes, and unnecessary risk for your store.
