Setup
Adjust your return rules and portal settings. Navidium allows you to customize every aspect of the return experience to match your brand and logistics.

- •Open your Shopify Admin and navigate to Apps.
- •Select Navidium Returns and Exchanges.
- •Click on the Dashboard tab to begin.
2. Auto Installation
- •Go to Installation → Auto Installation.
- •In the popup, click Create Product.
- •Click Create Metafield.
- •Click I am Done to finalize the auto-setup.
3. Theme Code Integration
- •Navigate to Shopify Theme page → Edit Code.
- •Create a new layout file named
nvd-return.liquid.Remove the default code and paste the first code snippet provided by Navidium.
- •Create a new template file named
page.nvd-return.liquid.Paste the second code snippet from Navidium into this file.
- •Rename the section accordingly and click Save.
