Navidium Return & Exchange

CONFIGURATION

Adjust your return rules and portal settings. Navidium allows you to customize every aspect of the return experience to match your brand and logistics.

Configuration Steps

1. Access the Dashboard

  • •Open your Shopify Admin and navigate to Apps.
  • •Select Navidium Returns and Exchanges.
  • •Click on the Dashboard tab to begin.

2. Auto Installation

  • •Go to Installation → Auto Installation.
  • •In the popup, click Create Product.
  • •Click Create Metafield.
  • •Click I am Done to finalize the auto-setup.

3. Theme Code Integration

  • •Navigate to Shopify Theme page → Edit Code.
  • •Create a new layout file named nvd-return.liquid.

    Remove the default code and paste the first code snippet provided by Navidium.

  • •Create a new template file named page.nvd-return.liquid.

    Paste the second code snippet from Navidium into this file.

  • •Rename the section accordingly and click Save.
