CLAIM PAGE SETUP
Hello there, Welcome to Navidium Shipping Protection—your self-funded shipping protection.
In this tutorial, we will walk through the complete process of setting up the Navidium Claim Page in your Shopify store and making it accessible from your footer menu.

INSTALLATION
1. Enable Navidium Claim Page in Theme
- •Log in to your Shopify Admin dashboard.
- •From the left sidebar, click on Online Store & Click on Themes.
- •Find your active theme, then click Customize (or click the three dots... and select Edit code if needed — but usually you'll click Customize).
- •Inside the Theme Editor, click on App Embeds (usually located on the left panel or under the app settings icon).
- •Find Navidium Claim Page in the App Embeds list.
- •Toggle the switch to Enable the Navidium Claim Page.
- •Click Save in the top right corner to apply the changes.
2. Create and Link Claim Page
- •Click the down arrow to Navidium Claim Page → Page URL section
- •Click on Select, then choose Create Page.
- •Enter your desired Page Title, and set the page visibility to visible, typically set to visible so customers can access it.
- •After entering the details, save the page.
- •Once the page is created, return to the Theme Customize section and select your last created page, then save it. (Theme Customize → Click the down arrow to Navidium Claim Page → Page URL → Click Select button → Select last created page "Claim page")
3. Add Claim Page to Footer Menu
- •After linking the page, go back to your Shopify Admin and click on Content, then navigate to Menus.
- •Select the Footer Menu and click on Add Menu Item.
- •Enter a name for the menu item, such as "Claim Page", then click on the link field and choose the page you created or paste your Claim Page link.
- •Add the menu item and click Save to update the footer menu.
4. Verify and Test
- •Finally, preview your store and scroll down to the footer section.
- •Click on the "Claim Page" link to verify that everything is working correctly.
If set up properly, the Navidium Claim Page should now appear and allow customers to submit their warranty claims without any issues. Your Navidium Claim Page setup is now complete.
