Growth Specialist — Paid & Performance
Full-Time · RemoteWe're a bootstrapped Shopify app portfolio doing real revenue on cold email alone. Now we're opening paid channels — Meta, Google, and TikTok — and we need someone who can build that machine from scratch.
What you'll do
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search/YouTube, and TikTok from zero
Write and iterate ad copy and creative briefs tailored to Shopify merchants at each funnel stage
Set up conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure across all channels
Own a monthly budget and hit CAC/ROAS targets with full autonomy to test and optimize
Identify winning audiences (DTC brands, growing Shopify stores) and build lookalike/retargeting strategies
Coordinate with our cold email and LinkedIn outreach team to ensure consistent messaging
Report weekly on performance with actionable insights — no vanity metrics
