Claims Automation
Build If/Then rules to auto-refund, reorder, deny, review, or hold matching claims.
If / Then automation
Claims → Claim Automation lets you resolve high-confidence claims without manual review. Each rule follows an If / Then structure: one or more conditions (joined with AND / OR) that, when matched, trigger one or more actions.
| Available conditions | Available actions |
|---|---|
| Customer Tag, Customer Order Count, Customer Store Claim Count, Customer Navidium Claim Count, Customer City / Country / Zip-Province, Reason is, Product Tag / Collection / Title / Price / Inventory, Order Value, Order Tag, Shipping Method, Discount | Deny Claim, Auto Replacement (Reorder), Auto Refund, Requires Review, Hold |
Conditions support equals / does not equal comparisons, and a single rule can trigger multiple actions via "Add another action." Example: if Customer Tag equals "vip," automatically Auto Refund rather than routing to manual review.
Rule performance
The rule list doubles as a performance report — each rule shows how many of the orders it touched resulted in a refund, a reorder, or a decline, plus its total order count and cumulative claim cost, so you can see whether an automation is behaving as intended before trusting it with more volume.
