Adding Upsell Offers
Create individual offers using manual product selection, same product as cart, or by copying an existing offer.
Offer sources
On the Upsell tab, once your triggers (if any) are set, click Add Upsell Offer to choose which products to show. You'll be given three ways to source the offer:
- Manual Product Selection
- Pick specific products or variants to show as the upsell, individually. Best when you know exactly which items pair well together.
- Same Product as Cart
- Automatically offer more of whatever product is already in the customer's cart — useful for encouraging bulk purchases of a single item.
- Copy an Existing Offer
- Duplicate the configuration of an offer from another funnel, so you can reuse a proven setup without rebuilding it from scratch.
You can add more than one offer to a single funnel — for example, an Upsell #1 and a separate Upsell #2, plus a downsell offer shown if the customer declines. Use the Second upsell trigger setting on the Display tab to control whether the second offer appears immediately after the first is accepted, or only when the customer clicks continue.
Alternatively, click Generate Navidium AI Offer at any point to have the app suggest a complete offer automatically based on your product catalog and store history.
Once your offers are added, continue to Placement to choose where they'll be shown.
