Customize Widget

Live preview

The Customize Widget tab shows a live preview of the offer alongside your editing controls, so every change you make is reflected instantly. Use the preview's dropdown (top-right of the preview panel) to switch between the different placements you enabled — Checkout popup, Below add to cart button, Post-Purchase page — since each placement can look slightly different.

Content tab

The Content tab controls what text and information appear on the widget:

Heading — Title

The main headline shown at the top of the widget (toggle on/off, edit text).

Heading — Subtitle

An optional supporting line below the title (toggle on/off, edit text).

Product details — Show quantity selector

Let customers choose a quantity before accepting the offer.

Product details — Show Discount

Display the discounted price alongside (or instead of) the original price.

Buttons — Accept button text

The label on the button that adds the offer to the order (e.g., "Add & Continue").

Buttons — Decline button text

The label on the button that dismisses the offer (e.g., "Decline this offer").

Layout — Layout preference

Choose between layout templates, such as single-column or grid, to match how many products you're showing.

Style tab

The Style tab controls the visual design:

General

Heading alignment, background color, and border color for the widget container.

Heading

Title and subtitle color, font family, font size, and font weight.

Buttons

Accept and Decline button text color, background color, font size, and font weight.

Zoom

For anything the built-in controls don't cover, use the Custom CSS box at the bottom of the Style tab to write your own overrides. This is intended for merchants comfortable with CSS — contact support if you need help writing a specific rule.

Click Save in the top-right once you're happy with the widget — your funnel is now fully configured across all five tabs.
