Cart & Upsell
Dashboard & Analytics
Track performance metrics, revenue, and offer acceptance rates across all your funnels and cart upsells.
Overview stats
The Analytics page gives you a full picture of how upsells are performing across your store, combining data from both Funnels (multi-step upsell sequences) and the Cart Drawer (in-cart upsell widgets). At the top, four summary cards show your totals for the selected date range:
- Total Revenue
- Combined revenue from all accepted upsell offers, across Funnels and Cart Drawer.
- Total Order
- Number of orders that included at least one accepted upsell offer.
- Total Upsells Accepted
- Count of individual upsell offers customers accepted.
- Total Views
- Number of times an upsell offer was shown to a customer, regardless of whether they accepted it.
Use the date range picker in the top-right corner to compare performance across different periods (e.g., this month vs. last month).
Revenue & orders charts
Below the summary cards, two charts break performance down by source:
- Revenue Over Time — a line chart comparing revenue generated by Funnels vs. the Cart Drawer across the selected date range. Use this to spot spikes tied to specific campaigns or promotions.
- Orders Comparison — a bar chart showing order counts per day, split by Funnels and Cart Drawer, so you can see which upsell surface is driving more conversions on any given day.
Both charts support Export to CSV if you want to analyze the raw numbers outside the app.
Performance summary
The Performance Summary table gives you a side-by-side breakdown of Funnels vs. Cart Drawer for the selected period, covering:
- Total Revenue
- Revenue attributed to each source.
- Total Orders
- Orders attributed to each source.
- Average Order Value
- Average order value for orders that included an accepted upsell from that source.
- Total Views
- Views for that source.
The Change column shows the percentage difference versus the prior period, so you can quickly tell whether performance is trending up or down.
Top performing funnels & carts
Below the summary, switch between the Top Performing Funnels and Top Performing Carts tabs to see a ranked table of your individual offers, with columns for View, Upsell 1, Upsell 2, Downsell, Order, Total Revenue, and Avg. Upsell Value. Use this table to identify which funnels are converting well — and which ones might need a different trigger, discount, or placement to perform better.
