Creating a Funnel

The All Funnels page

Every upsell sequence you build lives in All Funnels, accessible from the app sidebar. Each row shows the funnel's name, creation date, views, revenue, accepted/declined counts, and status (Active/Inactive). Use the Active toggle to turn a funnel on or off without deleting it, and the row actions to edit, duplicate, or delete a funnel.

Click Create Funnel in the top-right to start a new one.

Choosing a funnel type

When you click Create Funnel, you'll be asked to name your funnel and then choose one of two starting points:

Advanced — Start from scratch

Full manual control over triggers, products, discounts, placement, and display. Best if you already know exactly which products you want to pair together.

Quick Setup — Navidium AI Pre-built

The app analyzes your product catalog and instantly generates a ready-to-publish upsell offer. You only need to set the discount percentages for Upsell #1, Upsell #2, and the downsell offer, then click Save & Publish.

Quick Setup is the fastest way to get an upsell live — most merchants use it to validate that upselling works for their store before investing time in a fully custom Advanced funnel.

The funnel editor

Whichever type you choose, every funnel is built across five tabs at the top of the editor:

1. Upsell — define triggers and select which products to offer (see Upsell Triggers and Adding Upsell Offers).
2. Placement — choose which pages the offer appears on (see Placement).
3. Discount — set per-product discounts (see Discounts).
4. Display — configure scheduling, device targeting, and visibility rules (see Display Settings).
5. Customize Widget — style the offer to match your brand (see Customize Widget).

You can move between tabs freely — nothing is locked until you save. Use the Active/Inactive toggle at the top of the editor to control whether the funnel goes live immediately, and click Next to move through the tabs in order, or Save on the Customize Widget tab to publish your changes.
